1. Who handles your information
Caelario is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact hello@caelario.com for privacy questions, rights requests or complaints.
2. Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers and workspace membership.
- Billing information such as pack, amount, currency, payment status, provider references and limited payer details. Caelario does not store full card numbers or CVV values.
- Service data such as API keys in hashed form, jobs, targets, results, exports, credit usage and operational events.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, logs and security signals.
- Communications you send to support.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide workspaces, execute jobs, account for credits, process payments, save results, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, secure and improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing is necessary to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with law, or act on consent where required.
5. Service providers
We use vetted providers for authentication, payment processing, hosting, databases, infrastructure, email, monitoring and consented conversion measurement. They process data under their own terms and our arrangements with them. Current core providers can include Clerk for authentication, PocketsFlow for hosted card payments, NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payments and Google Ads for conversion measurement.
6. Public social data
Caelario processes user-requested public social data to provide the service. Customers are responsible for having a lawful purpose and complying with applicable rights and platform requirements. Do not submit private, sensitive or unlawfully obtained information.
7. Retention
We retain account, billing and ledger records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention and audit obligations. Jobs and saved results are retained according to the product’s published retention settings. Security logs may be retained for a limited operational period. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably required.
8. Security and international processing
We use access controls, encryption in transit, hashed secrets, audit logging and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate, with safeguards used where required by law.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity. Email hello@caelario.com to submit a request.
10. Cookies and changes
We use essential browser storage and cookies for authentication, security and session continuity. The Google Ads tag loads with advertising, analytics, user-data and personalization storage denied by default. If you allow measurement, Google may use non-essential storage to measure visits and purchases. You can withdraw or change that choice through Cookie settings in the site footer. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
