1. Acceptance and contact
These terms form an agreement between you and Caelario. By creating an account, buying credits or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Caelario for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. Questions may be sent to hello@caelario.com.
2. The service
Caelario provides software tools that submit, process, store and export structured public data from supported third-party platforms. Features, supported operations and upstream availability can change. Caelario is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Meta or their owners.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and API keys secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and keys. We may suspend access to protect the service, users or third parties.
4. Acceptable and lawful use
You may use Caelario only for lawful purposes and only to process data you are legally entitled to use. You must respect applicable privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection and platform rules.
You must not use the service to harass or profile individuals unlawfully, obtain private or access-controlled data, bypass technical safeguards, facilitate surveillance or discrimination, send spam, resell access deceptively, overload the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Credits, charges and taxes
Caelario uses prepaid credits. Pack prices, included credits and operation costs are shown before purchase or job submission. For result-based operations, we charge only for records actually delivered under the displayed operation rate and release any unused job reservation. Credits are not legal tender, cannot be transferred outside the service and have no cash value. Purchased credits do not expire under the current offering. You are responsible for taxes, duties or bank charges applicable to your purchase.
6. Jobs, requested limits and upstream services
A numerical result limit is an upper bound, not a guaranteed quantity. For example, requesting 5,000 records means Caelario will attempt to return up to 5,000 visible records; the job may return fewer when the source list is smaller, restricted, truncated, changed or otherwise unavailable. Returning fewer records than the requested maximum is not by itself a service failure or a basis for refunding separately purchased credits, except where required by applicable law.
Jobs may be queued, retried, delayed, partially completed or fail because of changing public upstream systems. We do not promise that every requested record is available, complete, current or accurate. You must independently verify results before using them for consequential decisions.
7. Intellectual property
Caelario and its software, branding, interface and documentation remain ours or our licensors’. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and receive, subject to third-party rights. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process requests and operate the service.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Caelario at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, suspected fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, non-payment or harm to the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits or loss of data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Caelario during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
