Caelario is a digital service. Account access and purchased credits are delivered online.
1. Account delivery
Access to the Caelario dashboard is delivered online after account creation and successful authentication. You need a compatible browser, internet connection and access to the email address or identity provider used to register.
2. Credit delivery
Purchased credits are normally added to the applicable workspace immediately after the payment processor confirms a successful, verified payment. The updated balance and payment status appear in the dashboard.
3. Delays
Delivery can be delayed while a payment is pending, undergoing fraud or bank review, awaiting signature verification, or affected by a provider outage. Do not make repeated purchases solely because a balance has not updated. Contact support with the payment reference so we can investigate.
4. Failed or reversed payments
No credits are delivered for failed, cancelled or unverified payments. Credits associated with a reversed, disputed or charged-back payment may be frozen or removed while the matter is investigated.
5. Delivery problems
If a successful payment has not produced credits within one hour, email hello@caelario.com with the account email, workspace, amount, date and payment reference. Never send a card number or CVV.
6. Service availability
Delivery of credits is separate from completion of a data job. Individual jobs depend on the selected platform, queue and public upstream availability, and can be delayed, retried, partially completed or fail.
